Foundation and history

Introduced
Foundation

Dr. Jonas Moßler founded SUSI&James GmbH together with Axel Ganter with the vision of using artificial intelligence as a facilitator for people and thus promoting personal and economic growth. AI should become accessible to everyone and SUSI&James should be experienced in all business processes.

2014
Patent application

In 2014, the SUSI&James applied for a patent for the "method and device for communication". Also in this year, the word mark "Circle of Smile" was registered.

2018
Word mark

As of 2018, the words "digital Employees" and "Susi & James" are copyrighted.

2019
Patent application

In 2019, SUSI&James applied for a patent in "Method and System for Communicating and Making Information Accessible". Also, this year we moved to our current offices on Turley Street.

2020
TISAX Certification

The SUSI&James received the TISAX certification. Thus, rights and obligations of participants are preserved and quality of products is guaranteed.

Since 2021, we have been supporting research for scalable cyber-physical production systems for the assembly of fuel cell stacks. In this context, SUSI&James is creating a Digital Twin for scalable cyber-physical production systems as part of the Smart Factory.
