As the complexity of the vehicles increases, so do the requirements for driver testing. It is of immense importance to strictly adhere to the planned test scenarios. With the help of real-time data processing, we can record and evaluate complaints found during the journey with the most detailed information possible on the origin and severity of the journey in the natural language dialogue. The fulfilment of these tasks in combination with the safe operation of the vehicle at all times represents a major challenge, which is supported in the best possible way by the AI-based solution from SUSI&James. This increases data quality and road safety while reducing costs at the same time.
Thanks to the digital employee SUSI, our product is able to provide the driver with feedback on the degree of fulfilment of the test scenarios or information about the vehicle by voice in real time in defined situations or at the driver's verbal request. Furthermore, voice-controlled reports can be recorded during the test drive and these can be further developed automatically in real time. This possibility of direct communication between SUSI and the driver allows test reports to be designed more intelligently in dialogue and a high data quality can be guaranteed even during acquisition. Subsequent processes, such as the assignment of reports to the appropriate departments and further processing of the data, can also be automated using artificial intelligence (learning system).
“Test drivers exchange relevant information in a natural dialogue with the AI: driving maneuvers are instructed and documented, abnormalities are recorded during the test drive, details along a fault tree are recorded, and the data is documented in real time in test systems. "The SUSI&James system helps us to carry out international test projects efficiently and with consistently high quality, even at short notice. We see this as a high added value for us and especially for our customers."
