In doing so, we rely on a combination of an in-house developed technological platform and integrate established partners on the market. In doing so, SUSI&James does not focus on just one technology, but combines several technologies and integrates technologies from other companies in order to be able to map company processes holistically and with little effort. For which industries is the Smart Office suitable?

In Smart Office, the dialogs and the behavior of the system can be freely configured by our customers. This means that there is no restriction to specific industries or use cases; the product can be used as a scalable telephony solution across all industries.

Why should I use Smart Office for my business?

The Smart Office makes you available to your customers 24/7 by phone, regardless of the current call volume. Your customers do not have to wait in queues and you do not miss any calls from your customers. The information recorded helps you to process your customers' concerns as quickly as possible, and in many cases it is even possible to complete the case. This increases customer satisfaction, saves costs and increases sales. Your employees are relieved and can use the time for value-adding activities, such as personal customer meetings.

Do I need special hardware for the Smart Office?

No, you only need to forward your calls to a number provided by us. You will receive the incoming information by e-mail, interfaces to your systems can be created if required.

Can the voice of the smart office be changed?

Our digital employees can be individually adapted to the wishes of our customers. This means: The voice can be replaced by another (for example, male).

Alternatively, voice recordings of people can replace the voice of SUSI.

Of course, you can determine the name of your digital employee yourself. As a rule, our customers prefer the character SUSI. 

Where can I see a demo of the Smart Office?

Since the Smart Office has very diverse areas of application and expertise, we would like to introduce the system to you in a personal meeting. We can then also discuss your individual requirements directly.
