Tobi became part of the SUSI&James team on 01.04.2022. As a UI/UX developer he creates interfaces for digital products and also supports the SUSI&James brand in marketing.

Much of what he knows today came from his experiences in the music business. More than 22 years ago he founded with friends the band "Irie Révoltés" which he also accompanied as a guitarist until the last concert in 2017. His interest in music started early. Already at the age of 12 Tobi learned to play guitar and at 14 electric guitar. Later he produced music for many years and could celebrate some respectable successes with it. Artist development and marketing also belonged to his tasks. Today he still supports musicians to position themselves better on social media and produces video ads and web content.
In 2009 he received his diploma in Media System Design (FH). Tobi wrote his diploma thesis in collaboration with the Fraunhofer Institute Darmstadt on the AI topic "voice-controlled agents for web search" and was initially self-employed in the field of media development and music. Today he has numerous activities. He is a lecturer at the International University of Applied Sciences in Mannheim and teaches, among other things, mobile media design and web programming. He is also still self-employed in the field of music production, web and media under "TVK Media".
Tobi became aware of SUSI&James by searching for startups on the web. Immediately after starting, he was able to influence the look of the products in various projects and shape the appearance of the entire company.

As a UI/UX developer, Tobi creates mockups for SUSI&James' products. In doing so, he is always in contact with the project managers to determine the features and requirements of the product. His mature creativity and sense for aesthetics help him in his daily tasks as a UI/UXer.
Thus, he also supports the marketing team of SUSI&James and brings his many years of experience to the table.
Tobi is currently working on projects for vehicle testing, the SUSICloud, a platform for 3D printing, etc. In this process, Tobi proposes visual examples of a product, maintains the appearance of the products and tries to bring complex and different requirements to a design common denominator. "I'm especially excited when "general solutions" are built, so for example the vehicle testing project as the cornerstone for many other products in this area, as well as in-house developments like SUSI Cloud or SUSI as AI in general."
