Patrick became part of the SUSI&James team at the beginning of July 2021 as Senior Sales Manager of the Automotive & Industry Business Unit. Due to his versatile experience on different sides of sales, Patrick always manages to represent SUSI&James authentically and to work out an adequate solution together with our customers in an empathetic way.

Patrick is an optimistic, enthusiastic and open-minded person. He likes to spend time with his family, friends or deals with personal development. This topic is very interesting for Patrick, as it always brings new insights and self-reflection.
Patrick attaches great importance to the implementation of important and helpful aspects in his everyday life.Patrick studied international business administration with a focus on marketing/sales and human resources in Fulda. In 2015, he completed his Bachelor of Arts with the thesis "Explanation of motivation-related absenteeism".
Patrick then gained further work experience, where he learned to define long-term strategies, derive goals and KPIs, and implement them with determination. SUSI&James discovered Patrick's talent and attracted him to join our team with our vision.
In the short time Patrick has spent at SUSI&James, he has already been able to learn a few new things that have a direct impact on his day-to-day work. Among his daily tasks are the support of existing customers. Patrick regularly asks about customer satisfaction with our solutions and responds to further requests.
"My expectation is that we approach our goals with the same ambition as before, lead projects to success and make SUSI&James known. What is important to me here is that the fun of the activity and our AI remains with everyone."
On the other hand, the identification and consultation of potential new customers is part of his field of activity.
In addition, his tasks include the preparation and follow-up of customer meetings and the associated conceptual creation of customer media. In doing so, he forms an interface between our customers and our operational departments for both existing and new customers in order to ensure that their needs are optimally met.
Darüber hinaus gehört die Vor- und Nachbereitung von Kundengesprächen und die damit verbundene konzeptionelle Erstellung von Kundenmedien zu seinen Aufgaben. Dabei bildet er sowohl bei Bestands- als auch bei Neukunden eine Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unseren operativen Abteilungen, um deren Bedürfnisse optimal zu erfüllen.
Furthermore, Patrick contributes to the further development of our portfolio and works to strengthen the SUSI&James brand in the context of customer acquisition. His support in projects has the effect of maintaining an overall planning overview. With the help of his strong hands-on mentality, Patrick rounds out communication and collaboration.
