Jennifer MA-Story

Jennifer joined the SUSI&James team as HR Manager in June 2019 and gave the Human Resources department a new coat of paint. She restructured her area of recruiting, with efficient onboarding processes and all-around warm employee support.

Jennifer always has an open ear for every team member at SUSI&James. Together with the managers, she identifies potentials for the further development of our employees and develops corresponding training measures. Jennifer is a very honest and caring person. With her special personality, she builds a positive and constructive relationship with all employees, making her the ideal fit for our HR Manager position.

Already during her studies in business administration, Jennifer was gripped by the design of structures and processes. Jennifer, with her affinity for working with people, would like to use her time in a young company to actively help shape working conditions as a person of trust. Through her part-time job during her studies, she was able to gain initial experience as a team leader and mentor and focused on the overall development of the company.

Her environment already stood out at this time in the midst of the classic HR environment with a penchant for developing overarching strategies. She decided to use her skills for a young, innovative company and would like to continue her education and development with regard to her core topics.

Right at the first interview at SUSI&James, Jennifer convinced with various suggestions on how to successfully manage human resources. Since joining SUSI&James, Jennifer has been in charge of the HR department. Since then, exciting new tasks awaited her, which brought Jennifer into contact with all kinds of unusual topics. Jennifer is also part of the IDT team focusing on SUSI&James' TISAX compliance. Here, she ensures that all employees complete annual training and is always available to answer questions about data security.

Furthermore, Jennifer initiated the first steps for the Coding Challenge. Together with the marketing department, she designed the event branding and provided a first schedule. When planning the event, Jennifer places particular emphasis on the formalities, more specifically the terms and conditions, conditions of participation, privacy policy and other matters. In this context, she looks after the participants, processes the applications and takes care of the recruiting process on the side.

Furthermore, Jennifer organizes game and movie nights, Christmas parties and other teambuilding events, thus strengthening the cohesion and personal trust between SUSI&James team members. As SUSI&James is constantly looking for talent and motivated candidates, Jennifer focuses on the area of recruiting. Together with Marketing, she works on greater reach and visibility for SUSI&James in the area of employer branding.
